Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable and plans may change. At Salon Muse, we charge 50% for cancellations under 48 hrs or 100% under 24 hrs or for no-shows the day of. We kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, so we may offer your spot to another guest. Your understanding and consideration help us serve our community with flexibility and care and is our means to provide for our families.
